About us

GERMEX is an import and export company based in Chile. Trade runs in both directions: goods from Germany and the EU to South and Central America, Latin American produce to Europe.

The company is young — legally established, with its first trading relationships being built right now. What we bring is experience in both markets, and not only from paperwork: suppliers in Europe, buyers, forwarders, customs agents and ports in Latin America. That experience is the actual substance of our work — anyone can place an order; the difference is whether the goods arrive complete, compliant and on the agreed date.

How we work

• One contact. Whoever enquires speaks to the same person until handover.
• Documents first. Certificates of origin, standards, tariff codes and preferences are settled before the purchase, not at the port.
• Clear quotations. Every quotation states incoterm, destination port, packaging, lead time and validity.
